Seikilos was a Greek physician and poet who lived in the 2nd century AD. He is best known for his poem, which was inscribed on a tombstone in Ephesus, Turkey. The poem is a lament for the brevity of life and the inevitability of death. It is considered one of the earliest examples of ancient Greek poetry.
The poem is the first musical score ever found. It provides a unique glimpse into the musical traditions of antiquity, showing that music was already being documented nearly two millennia ago.
Seikilos' project
Seikilos Project emerges as a declaration of intent, inspired by the poem that reminds us to live with purpose and make the most of every moment. This project represents personal growth as a software developer, a journey of learning and creation in the technological domain.
During this time, I have primarily focused on mobile application development, with the aim of broadening my expertise into web development. My focus lies in mastering development tools and technologies, as well as exploring best practices in UI/UX design.
Furthermore, as a passionate musician and multi-instrumentalist, I find constant inspiration in art and creativity. I firmly believe that art is a driving force behind achieving exceptional results, and this philosophy underpins both my work and my learning process.
